The fresh menthol smell followed by a nice cooling sensation really helps my tennis elbow. I never think to put it on until my elbow is burning and when I do I feel the nice cooling sensation and soon forget about my elbow! I carry it with me.

I am a return customers i use the arnica oil woods and I love it. Soaps are so special and I’m just trying the arnica ice this time for my sore arms and it’s great.

After a long and hard hitting roller derby practice, or a fully booked day behind the chair at the salon this is my go to for muscle pain.
